Yes, Repairs On The Run is insured. We also hold Montgomery County Business License #0049195 and City of Clarksville Business License #114333. Those are local business licenses, not a Tennessee state Contractor License, and we are careful not to blur the two.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes. There is a 60-day warranty on work performed. If something we did is not right, call us and we come back out.
How long have you been in business?
Repairs On The Run opened in May 2023. Between them, Robert and Ashley bring over 20 years of combined industry experience to the work.
Is there a job too small for you?
No, and that is the point of the business. Most contractors will not drive out for a two-hour list. We built this around exactly that work.
Is there a job too big for you?
Yes, and we will tell you. We do repair, maintenance and punch-list work. Tennessee requires a state Contractor License for jobs of $25,000 and up, and we do not hold one, so we do not take those on. Anything that needs a separate licensed trade, we say so up front.
Do you work for property managers and landlords?
Yes, regularly. We do turnover punch lists and between-tenant repairs for property managers and individual landlords. To be clear about what that means: we do the work on the unit, and you keep the client. We are not a property management company and we do not manage properties.
