Who we are

This website is operated by Repairs On The Run, LLC, doing business as Repairs On The Run (“we”, “us”, “our”), a repair and maintenance company located in Clarksville, Tennessee. We are a mobile service business and do not operate a public storefront, so we identify ourselves here by city and state rather than by street address.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the quote form on this site, we collect your name, email address, and the description of the work you need. You may optionally provide a phone number, your city, and the type of service you are after. We only ask for what we need to give you a useful answer.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use this site. That service may collect your approximate location (city level), device and browser type, referring website, the pages you visit, and how long you spend on them. It also records when someone submits the quote form or taps a phone number, so we can tell which pages are actually helping people reach us.

We do not collect payment information through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that make this site work:

Resend delivers the quote form to our inbox. Your submission passes through their systems in order to reach us.
Google Analytics processes the usage data described above.
Vercel hosts this website and processes standard server request logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

Cookies and similar technologies

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish one visitor from another and to measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The site works fine either way.

Advertising

We do not currently run paid advertising, and no advertising or remarketing tags are installed on this site today. If that changes, we may use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, which would use cookies or similar technologies to measure ad performance and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. You would be able to control that through Google My Ad Center, and this policy would be updated with the date of the change before any such tracking went live.

How long we keep it

Quote requests stay in our email so we have a record of work we have quoted and performed, which also lets us honor the 60-day warranty on work performed. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s standard retention settings. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email repairsontherunllc@gmail.com and we will take care of it. You can also simply choose not to use the form and call us instead.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and the quote form is rate limited and protected against automated spam. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we do not ask for sensitive personal or financial information through this website, and you should not send any.

Links to other sites

This site links to our Facebook page and occasionally to outside resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
