Do I need to have everything in one place?
No. We do the loading. If it is spread across a garage and a shed, that is a normal job.
Can you do a cleanout between tenants?
Yes, and that is a lot of what we do. We can combine the cleanout with the repairs and the paint so the unit turns over in one pass instead of three.
