What we do not take on

Being straight about this saves everybody time. Tennessee requires a state Contractor License for jobs of $25,000 and up, and we do not hold one, so we do not bid work at that scale. Electrical and plumbing require their own Tennessee trade licenses at any job value. When something on your list falls into either bucket we tell you on the spot and point you toward someone who holds the right license, and we still knock out the rest of the list.

We hold Montgomery County Business License #0049195 and City of Clarksville Business License #114333. Those are local business licenses, which is a different thing from a state contractor license, and we are careful never to blur the two.
